HIT Physical Damage – How It Works
HIT Physical Damage is a new damage calculation stat that will be introduced in Ragnarok Landverse: Genesis.
It acts as a multiplier applied to non-critical physical attacks, including both normal attacks and skill-based attacks.
– Normally, skills that can both crit and non-crit show a huge damage gap between the two outcomes. With HIT Physical Damage, the non-critical version of these skills becomes significantly stronger and more balanced.
– With HIT Physical Damage, these skills will deal significantly higher damage than before.
Example: Double Strafe and Mammonite will noticeably deal stronger damage, even without critical hits, when they benefit from HIT Physical Damage.
❌ Exception skills (not affected): Some skills are classified as special attack types and therefore do not receive the HIT Physical Damage bonus. These include:
– Land Mine
– Blast Mine
– Claymore Trap
– Throw Stone
– Grand Cross
– Blitz Beat
Formula Basis
The calculation follows the same principle as Critical Damage, but it applies only to non-critical hits. This means the multiplier acts similarly to how critical damage boosts work, except it is focused on increasing the baseline for normal (non-crit) outcomes.
✅ Note: The exception skills listed above are excluded because they are coded as special attack types rather than standard physical hits, so the multiplier cannot apply.
