Rewards are cumulative. For example, if you spend 35,000 Moonstone, you will receive all previously unlocked rewards.
Rewards can be claimed repeatedly, up to 5 times per ID.
Moonstone spent accumulates across milestones as follows:
15,000 > 30,000 > 35,000 (all rewards – 1st round) > 50,000 > 65,000 > 70,000 (all rewards – 2nd round) > 85,000 … continuing up to 175,000 (all rewards – 5th round).
