How To Participate

1. Complete the event unlock quest
   Once any character on an account completes the unlock quest, the Nova’s Fun Pass system will be unlocked. It functions similarly to the monthly “Chronicles” book.
2. Receive daily quests from Kafra Nova
   Players can receive daily quests from NPC Kafra Nova and participate in:
   • 4 minigames
   • 1 daily dungeon run
3. Turn in quests to receive daily rewards
   When all conditions are completed, players will receive:
   • Daily rewards
   • [Event] Fun Fest Coin for increasing Nova’s Fun Pass level
   • As the level rises, more special items can be unlocked
4. Collect letter cards to exchange for rewards
   By participating in the dungeon and daily quests, players will receive:
   6 random letter card boxes per day for regular players
   11 boxes per day for VIP players

   Once all 5 letter cards are collected, they can be exchanged for 1 reward box set per complete card set.

Nova brings a special event to celebrate her 1st anniversary together with adventurers in Rune Midgard!

• Receive the Nova’s Fun Pass stamp collection book (rewards are claimed via the website)
• Participate in daily activities such as minigames and dungeons
• Level up Nova’s Fun Pass for a chance to receive many rewards

This is a light, relaxing event that can be enjoyed every day without rushing. You can return to speak with Kafra Nova any time when you are ready to begin the event.

After the conversation ends, Nova will become the entrance to the special event map.

Event Zone Details With Kafra Nova

Inside the event area, players can interact with Kafra Nova to proceed with different activities.

• Receive the daily quest

• Claim rewards from Nova’s Fun Pass
  Claim rewards based on the current Nova’s Fun Pass level. Rewards can be claimed once per day per level.
• Exchange letter cards
  If players collect the full set of letters R, O, L, 1, Y, they can exchange them for 1 Nova’s Fun Box per set.
  • Regular players can exchange up to 3 times per day
  • VIP players can exchange without limit
• Unlock Nova Premium Fun Pass
  When Nova’s Fun Pass reaches level 30, players can use 20 Silvervine to unlock Nova Premium Fun Pass.

Nova’s Fun Pass

The level progression system for special in-game rewards.
Players will receive the item used to level up the Fun Pass once per day after completing the daily quest, and they can claim level-based rewards directly in-game.

Fun Pass Leveling Condition

• Players must complete the daily quest by clearing 3 of the following minigames each day: Mysterious Chest, Odd One Out, Whack the Horde
  Note: Quest progress cannot be combined across two days. For example, completing 2 quests today and 2 more tomorrow will not count as daily quest completion. Cross-day accumulation is not allowed.

Minigame 1: Mystery Chest

How To Join

• Talk to NPC “Drop the Bomb” at coordinates 1y_x_prt 52,53 to enter the event area.
  Note: You must first accept the quest from Kafra Nova before entering.

How To Play

• After speaking with the event NPC “Drop the Bomb”, the player will be sent into the activity room.
• There are 9 treasure chests inside the room.
• Players can choose to open 3 chests to receive rewards.
  Note: Only 3 chests can be opened per day. Players can return on the next day to open new chests again.

Minigame 2: Unboxing The Gift

How To Join

• This is an account-bound quest.
• It is a solo instance daily dungeon with a 60-minute time limit.
• The dungeon can be entered once per day.
• After entering, there will be an NPC standing slightly above the center of the map, and this NPC is used to spawn monsters.

How To Play

• When the player is ready, talk to the NPC to spawn monsters.
• After that, the NPC will begin a 3-minute countdown.
• The monsters are divided into 3 waves, and the next wave will only appear after the previous wave has been defeated.
• After clearing each wave, rewards will be given directly to the player immediately after defeating the previous wave boss.
• Players must clear as many waves as possible before the 3-minute timer expires.
• If the 3-minute timer ends before all waves are cleared, the monsters will disappear and can no longer be attacked.

Minigame 3: Odd one Out

Look carefully! Eliminate the one that is different.

How To Join

• Talk to NPC “Odd one Out” at coordinates 1y_x_prt 57,79 to enter the event area.
  Note: You must first accept the quest from Kafra Nova before entering.

How To Play

• A number of monsters will appear on the map.
• They will all be the same monster type, but there will be monsters that are clearly “different”.
• Players must eliminate all 3 different monsters.
• Once all are defeated, the minigame is considered cleared and the daily quest can be turned in with Nova.

Minigame 4: Whack a Hode

Hit fast if you can!

How To Join

• Talk to NPC “Whack the Hode” at coordinates 1y_x_prt 81,79 to enter the event area.
  Note: You must first accept the quest from Kafra Nova before entering.

How To Play

• When players enter the event map, [1 Year] Hode monsters will randomly appear over time.
• Hode will appear only in grassy areas.
• Players must strike them in time and defeat a total of 5.
• Once this is completed, the minigame is considered cleared and the daily quest can be turned in with Nova.

Instant Dungeon – Shadow Nova

This special event dungeon is held to celebrate Kafra Nova’s 1st anniversary in Rune Midgard. It is a special Instant Dungeon with 2 difficulty levels to choose from, featuring boss Kafra Nova in her shadow form.

General Details

• This is an Instant Dungeon
• There are 2 difficulty levels: Solo Mode and Party Mode
• Resets daily at 23:59
• Party Mode is harder than Solo Mode, but the rewards are better
• A treasure chest appears after defeating the boss, and rewards can be claimed only once per day
• The dungeon can be re-entered an unlimited number of times

Dungeon Entrance

Talk to the NPC to create the dungeon and enter the activity map.

Inside The Dungeon

• Rooms 1-3 contain random questions. If answered incorrectly, monsters will spawn. These monsters do not grant EXP after being defeated.
• Only the party leader can start Party Mode.

Monsters that spawn when answering incorrectly:

• Solo Mode: ARCLOUSE x20
• Party Mode: ARCLOUSE x50

Room 4:

Once players reach the final room, they can fight Shadow Nova and receive rewards after the boss is defeated.
