EP 8.0 Instance Dungeon The Hollow City
The adventurers have tracked the mysterious thief all the way to Umbala, a secluded village deep within an impenetrable forest.
This indigenous town is shrouded in legends—tales of a hidden passage leading to the City of the Dead, Niflheim.
What business could that enigmatic thief possibly have in such a place?
Requirements

Characters level 80 and above

This is an account-bound quest: once one character accepts the quest and enters the dungeon, no other character from the same account can enter.

If the dungeon run fails, you can try again. However, once you claim the final reward, you cannot re-enter the dungeon again for that week.

Entry is limited to a party of 1–5 members.

Time limit: 60 minutes per run.

Dungeon resets every Sunday at 23:59.
-
Special dungeon: no Stamina is consumed.

Starting Quest
1. Talk to the NPC Umbala Chief [Location: prontera 122/260 ] to start the quest.

2. Then talk to the NPC Umbala Shaman [Location: prontera 124/260] to create an instant dungeon.

Walkthrough,
Step 1 — Temple of the Fallen,

Upon entering, talk to the NPC in the center of the map.

After the dialogue, a 20-second countdown will begin.

Monster Waves will spawn:
-
Each wave has 50 monsters, randomly spread across the map.

-
If the party defeats 45 monsters, the remaining monsters will disappear and the next wave will begin.

After two waves, the Mini Boss: Iron Pincher will appear.

-
Once the boss is defeated, an NPC will reappear. The party leader must talk to the NPC to proceed.


Step 2
-
Players must follow the path to the end without falling off.

If a player falls, they will respawn at the last checkpoint instead of restarting the entire map.

All party members must gather in the final room before the party leader can talk to the NPC to continue.

Step 3
-
All players will be teleported to the bottom-right room of the map

Talk to the NPC in the center of the map to begin a 20-second countdown before the boss appears.

Defeat the boss monster.

Special Boss Mechanic:

-
Every 40 seconds, the boss will begin casting a One-Shot skill that can wipe out the entire party.
-
This cast has a 15-second fixed cast time.
-
At the same time, 5 pillars will spawn. Each pillar has 25 HP.
-
The party must quickly destroy all pillars (damage each one at least once) before the cast completes.
-
If successful, the boss will cancel the One-Shot skill.

Episode Dungeon Shop (prontera 128/245)

All shop functions from different Episodes have been combined into one NPC.
The following NPCs will be removed, and their functions will be moved to the new NPC:
- Deadly Jewel Lv.1 / Cost: 8 Deadly Coins
You must be a VIP to exchange for a Deadly Jewel.
NPC Jewel Combine Shop (Prontera 125/249)
To combine: Use Lv.1 + Lv.1 + Lv.1 to create Lv.2, and Lv.2 + Lv.1 + Lv.1 to create Lv.3, continuing this pattern until Lv.5.
Each upgrade step now requires two Lv.1 stones along with the target stone. Combining is free and always succeeds.
