The Round Robin kicks off with livestream coverage — 8 guilds, 6 spots in the Major Event Final Round. With $30,000 USD at stake, every match will be a high‑stakes clash of skill and strategy.

The Major Event (Round Robin) is the culmination of the Genesis season. The top 8 guilds, based on the total scores from the two Minor Events, are invited to register their rosters and clone their Yoyo-server characters for the showdown.

Guild registration & cloning schedule

Guilds that earned points during Minor 1 and Minor 2 must register their teams by contacting Kafra Nova via Discord direct message. Registration covers character and item cloning. Only one character per ID may be registered; cross‑guild registration is prohibited and registered characters cannot switch guilds

Players must prepare all required items before cloning and should avoid moving items on the cloning dates to prevent issues.

Preparations in the server

The Major practice server will open on 15 August 2025.

Players can prepare their characters in Izlude, where multiple NPCs offer essential services:

• Kafra: provides saving services, access to Kafra storage and rentals for Pecopeco, Falcon or Cart. Kafra also offers status reset and skill reset options.

• Tool Dealer: supplies consumables and basic items.

Competition map

The tournament takes place on a custom map split into two halves with a central river. Each side contains an Yggdrasil Core and an Yggdrasil Root

. The Yggdrasil Root (1,000 HP) must be destroyed before attacking the Yggdrasil Core(1,500 HP) to win.

A central lane separates the green and snowy territories, and the following features are crucial:

Ancient Shine: appears on the map at minutes 0 / 2 / 4 / 6 / 8. To collect it, a player must stand within three cells for a five‑second animation; the action can be interrupted Collecting the Ancient Shine awards 10 points

Zyrron boss: spawns near the centre. Killing Zyrron yields points depending on when it is defeated — 15 points at minute 3, 20 points at minute 6 and 25 points at minute 9

Death Penalty Rules

When a player dies, they cannot move, and teammates cannot assist them. The penalty time increases based on the number of deaths:

• 1st death: 5 seconds > 2nd death: 10 seconds > 3rd death: 20 seconds > 4th death: 40 seconds > 5th death: 80 seconds

• 6th death: 160 seconds > 7th death: 160 seconds > 8th death: 160 seconds > 9th death: 160 seconds > 10th death: 160 seconds

Special objects

The map also contains special objects that can swing the tide of battle

• Shine shrine: spawns every two minutes. Collecting it has a fixed cast time of two seconds and grants one random buff for 30 seconds (15 seconds for the speed buff).

  • Possible buffs include.

    1. Max SP +10 % and 10 % SP‑cost reduction.

    2. +20 ATK/+20 MATK and +30 HIT/FLEE.

    3. +5 to all stats.

    4. Reduce after‑attack delay by 10 %.

    5. Greatly increase Max HP and HP recovery +5 %.

    6. 10 % physical‑attack resistance.

    7. Increase movement speed (15 s).

    8. Moderate Max SP increase and SP recovery +4 %.

• Red/Green Yggdrasil Portal:

  • appears after two minutes. Players must enter the portal to teleport to specific coordinates on their side of the map (red team to 83, 128; green team to 113, 72).

• Red/Green Gate Keeper:

  • Red/Green Gate Keeper (Lv.150) – HP: 5,000,000 | STR/AGI/VIT/INT/DEX/LUK: 999 | ATK/MATK: 999,999 | Req. Hit/Flee: 999 | Attack Range: 9 | ASPD: 3 attacks/sec
